Because all Born Nostalgic products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or incorrect color selection. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we've got you covered. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number, and we will offer you either:
- A full refund, or
- A free reshipment of your order
Lost or Missing Orders If your order is lost or never arrives, please reach out within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will make it right.
